By purchasing my services and/or art,
you automatically agree to the following conditions.Please read this entirely and carefully. If there are any questions or concerns, feel free to ask me via Instagram, ToyHouse or Twitter DM's.
General Terms

I reserve the right to refuse and refund any commission.I work full-time and art is a hobby for me, sometimes life will get in the way. (i.e holidays, sickness, overtime at work.)
I promise to keep you updated regularly on your commission and to complete it as soon as I am capable.
That being said, the days I will have the most time are on the weekend.If you purchase a Naked Custom you are able to draw outfits over top and post the outfit WITH credit to myself for the base.
DO NOT CLAIM MY ART AS YOUR OWN.If your commission is yet to be started, you may change the subject and/or character, but this will not be entertained after the commission has been started.Major changes to the commission can be done during the sketch. Only minor changes can happen on final update.I reserve the right to my art and retain the ability to post it on my social media as a commission.I will not tolerate any harassment, rude remarks
or hostile behavior.
I reserve the right to refund and block you should it happen.

Payments are made through Paypal for the time being.Payment must be made full and upfront. You have 24 hours
max to send payment unless stated otherwise.If you personally request a refund, full amount
can only be given if the piece hasn't been started. After which there
will be a deduction.If you have a time schedule or an express request, there will be an extra charge of $25.
Commercial Use Terms
By commissioning me, you’re purchasing my artist labor only. I retain all copyrights over my work, which include but are not limited to the right to distribute, reproduce or use the image as a sample for sales/self-promotion, unless otherwise agreed upon.I will never claim the commissioner’s character as my own,
only the copyright to the art work.You, the commissioner, may upload the work done for you to your site as long as it is credited and linked back to my social media.Once a piece is commissioned, you may use it for any personal use (non commercial use) that you please, including but not limited to icons, signatures, layouts, wallpapers, themes and personal site display. You cannot generate income in any way or form with the commissioned work.You retain the rights to the Intellectual Property. (Intellectual Property means your characters in this case)You may not claim the work to be your own or set it up for redistribution. You may not use it for any external projects, commercial or non-commercial.You may not use the work in any involvement with NFT or AIIf you wish to use the art for commercial use, please message me directly and we can discuss the fees at that time.

When adopted, please ask permission to change elements of the design. Alternate designs are fine, but the character should still be recognizable.No refunds, sorry.If you sell the character, it can not be sold for higher than what you bought it for… UNLESS you have purchased art for the character. Making art yourself doesn't count.If you receive the character via trade, you cannot sell it for money afterward. You may only trade or gift the character for equal value.Do not draw on the base unless given permission by the artist.Please do not claim the design as your own and credit the design.Commercial use is NOT permitted unless previously discussed AND permitted by the artist.
